CAMWS Institutional Member Student Award Designation Form

Every institutional member can designate a K-16 (but not graduate) student to receive a CAMWS Award for Outstanding Accomplishment in Classical Studies and may purchase additional awards for $35 each.  Each winner will receive a certificate and a free membership in CAMWS (with an electronic subscription to CJ) as well as access to the on-line Loeb Classical Library for the next membership year.  Before submitting this form, please check this list of current institutional members to make sure your school appears there. Nominations are due by May 15th annually.
