CAMWS Abstract Submission Form

This form is for individual papers. If you would like to submit a panel, please visit the panel submission form.

Please note that if you have already had an abstract accepted for a paper in a panel, or for a presentation in a workshop, at the upcoming meeting, you are not eligible to submit an abstract for an individual paper.

If a paper has more than one author, use the comments box to indicate which of them will attend and be the presenter(s) of the paper.

Be sure that you have consulted these Formatting Guidelines for CAMWS Submissions before submitting your abstract.

After submitting this abstract you will receive an email confirmation.

Anyone submitting an abstract for a panel or individual paper, or proposing or participating in a panel, workshop, or round-table discussion, must be a current CAMWS member. If you select "No", you will be redirected to the membership page to join CAMWS. You will then have to return to this page to submit your proposal. If there is a second author/presenter for this abstract, please confirm now that this person is a current member.

High school  students submitting abstracts to CAMWS must receive the endorsement of their teacher to do so.
