CAMWS Annual Meeting Registration Form

Instructions: To register for the 114th CAMWS meeting in Albuquerque, New Mexico, please complete this stepped on-line registration form and then click the "submit" button. After your information has been submitted, you will be given a link to the payment page, where you will have the option of paying registration fees online with a credit card or Paypal account. All online payments for this site are handled by on a secure server. A non-refundable handling fee of $6.00 will be added to your order to cover the fees for this service. For more information about the safety and security of Paypal, please follow this link. When you are finished be sure to print out a copy of your registration form for your records. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send a copy of your on-line registration form with your payment to CAMWS, Monmouth College, 700 East Broadway, Monmouth, IL 61462. Registration closes on April 2, 2018. After that date only on-site registration will be possible. On-site registration will cost $20 more than prices indicated here.

All cancellation requests must be made by April 1st and are subject to a $20 administrative fee. 

Friday afternoon paper sessions on the campus of the Univesity of New Mexico are free and open to the public but presenters at these sessions are expected to be registered. Each individual attending the meeting (including guests and spouses) must register separately.

Unless otherwise indicated, registration includes the Friday evening banquet.

Step 2: Choose Registration Option

Included with the price of regular (but not single-day) registration: a ticket to the Wednesday night opening reception, a ticket to the Thursday evening reception, Friday lunch at the University of New Mexico, and the Friday evening banquet and reception. Cancellation policy: Cancellation requests must be received by April 1, 2017 and are subject to a $20 administrative fee. On-site registration prices will be $30 higher than those which appear here.

Unless otherwise indicated, registration includes the Friday evening banquet.

NOTE: The registration price structure is designed to make the banquet affordable for student attendees (who pay a reduced rate).
Your K-12 school's institutional membership in CAMWS includes one complimentary registration to the meeting, not including a banquet ticket.

All Entrées come with a Farmer’s market salad, bustic loaf and butter,  salted caramel mousse and coffee or tea. All attendees also receive a drink coupon for both the pre-banquet reception and the post-banquet reception.
If you have special dietary needs, please mention them in the Comments box at the bottom of this form and they will be relayed to the catering staff at the Hotel Albuquerque.

Please note that there are no more tickets available for the Paideia Happy Hour in lingua Latina on Thursday evening or for the complimentary lunch on Friday at the University of New Mexico.

Step 8 Payment Method

If you prefer to pay by check, then click "None" below, print out the email confirmation message you will receive after submitting and mail a copy of this confirmation, along with payment, to CAMWS, c/o Monmouth College, 700 E. Broadway, Monmouth IL 61462. If you prefer to pay on-line via PayPal, then click on "Non-refundable handling fee [$6.00]." Then, when you click 'Submit,' you will be taken to a shopping cart showing how many items you requested and one $6 processing fee, with a link for checkout by Paypal. Pleae note that you are not considered registered until payment is received.
