CAMWS Annual Meeting Registration Form

Instructions: To register for the 121st CAMWS meeting in Urbana-Champaign, IL., please complete this on-line registration form and then click the "submit" button. After your information has been submitted, you will be given a link to the payment page, where you will have the option of paying registration fees online with a credit card or Paypal account. All online payments for this site are handled by Paypal.com on a secure server. A non-refundable handling fee of $6.00 will be added to your order to cover the fees for this service. (For more information about the safety and security of Paypal, please follow this link.) When you are finished, please save a copy of your registration form for your records. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send a copy of your on-line registration form with your payment to CAMWS, Watson Memorial Library-Rm. 313, Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA., 71497. Early registration closes on February 1, 2025. Please pay by credit card via Paypal or mail your check postmarked by February 1st in order to receive these early rates. After that date higher regular registration fees will be in effect. On-line registration will remain open until March 1, 2025. After that date only on-site registration (at higher rates) will be available. 

All cancellation requests must be made by March 1, 2025, and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. 

Unless otherwise indicated, registration includes the Friday evening banquet.

Step 2: Choose Registration Option

Included with the price of regular (but not single-day) registration: a ticket to the Wednesday night opening reception, a ticket to the Thursday evening reception, and the Friday evening banquet and reception. Early registration closes on February 1. Please pay by credit card via Paypal or mail your check postmarked by February 1st in order to receive these early rates. After that date higher regular registration fees will be in effect. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellation requests must be received by March 1, 2025 and are subject to a $25 administrative fee. 

Please note that only one faculty member from a K-12 school with institutional membership can register with that status, which does not include a banquet ticket.

Unless otherwise indicated, registration includes the Friday evening banquet. A one-day registration does not include the banquet. Please note that CAMWS members and anyone teaching at or enrolled as a student in a Classics program cannot register as a guest or spouse of a CAMWS member.

NOTE: The registration price structure is designed to make the banquet affordable for student attendees (who pay a reduced rate).
Your K-12 school's institutional membership in CAMWS includes one complimentary registration to the meeting, not including a banquet ticket.

Step 4: Select Banquet Option

The Banquet this year will be a buffet, including entrees Oven Broiled Salmon fillet with fresh dill and cream sauce, Smokey BBQ Beef Brisket with BBQ sauce on the side, and Butternut Squash Ravioli with brown butter sage sauce; sides Ratatouille, Red Skin potatoes, Mac & Cheese; traditional Garden Salad with Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette; Rolls and Butter, Coffee (on request), Iced Tea, and assorted Desserts.

All attendees also receive a drink coupon for the pre-banquet reception and another for the post-banquet reception.
If you need a Vegan or Gluten-free option, please also choose that in addition to your entree. If you have other special dietary needs, please mention them in the Comments Box at the bottom of this form and they will be relayed to the catering staff at the hotel. Thank you!

The Program will be available in pdf format (with hyperlinks to abstracts). You can print this pdf out in advance or download it onto your electronic device. Print copies of the program can be guaranteed only for those individuals who reserve one prior to February 10, 2025.
