Personal Statement: Please submit a 500-word essay on the topic of “How is your experience in Classics enhanced by studying a STEM subject and/or vice versa?”

Nota bene:  The Classical Association of the Middle West and South reserves the right to use this personal statement for the promotion of Classics in various media, including, but not limited to, the organization's webpage and newsletter.

Please provide the name and email address of your recommender. Make sure that your recommender has agreed to write on your behalf before you submit this application, and please make sure you have given your recommender plenty of time to write and send the letter before the deadline. They will receive a message asking them to send their letter directly to fauci@camws.org.

Recipients are encouraged to accept this award in person at the business meeting held at the conference, if possible. The recipient will also be asked to provide a headshot for purposes of publicity.
