All virtual sessions will be listed in and accessible from a Zoom Events Hub: Click here to access the CAMWS 2022 Virtual Sessions Hub.
- HYBRID/VIRTUAL PROGRAM: Any virtual session listed below (in Hearn D, Bethabara, and Terrace 1, Hearn C or Wake Downtown) will be accessible either through the Hub or the Zoom Event links below.
- ZOOM WEBINAR: These sessions will be Zoom Webinar with exceptions as noted.

ZOOM MEETING/WORKSHOPS: Workshops and the Business Meeting on Saturday will be in Zoom Meeting format - these sessions will also be accessible either in the Hub or by the session Event Link below.

- SESSION ACCESS: To see Events in the Hub or any session Event (using links below), you will be prompted to sign into Zoom Events (using your Zoom email address and password). [Please try to sign into the Events Hub prior to the meeting dates to confirm access to Zoom Events.]
- VIRTUAL ATTENDEES: To (pre-)Register (RSVP) for any session, in the session event view, click on Register and accept (click on checkbox) the Event Participant Terms of Use and Zoom Events Privacy Statement. You will then have a ticket for the session and should receive a confirmation email. You can "order" [register] a ticket now to join any session later or, on the day of, you will be able to directly join the sessions via the Event links below.
- PRESIDERS/PRESENTERS
- For Webinar sessions, you will not see the session/event listed in which you are a Panelist - you will receive via e-mail a Special Panelist Ticket which you will need to use either through the invitation email or find the Panelist ticket in Tickets View (top right of the Hub screen).
- For Meeting sessions, you will need to use Event Link below to Register and then Event Ticket will be both e-mailed to you as well as appear in your Tickets view in the Hub.
