Holly Fitterer, Latin teacher at Spotsylvania County Public Schools in Fredericksburg, VA won the Foreign Language Association of Virginia (FLAVA) Novice Teaching Award, K-12 for 2022. She was recognized at the FLAVA fall conference, where she also presented.
