CAMWS Annual Meeting Registration Form for NCCA K-12 Members

This registration form is for a Saturday only registration for NCCA K-12 members. (Not a current NCCA member? This link will take you to the NCCA membership page.)   If you would like to register for the full meeting, please go to Meeting Registration.

Instructions: To register for the Saturday Sessions of 118th CAMWS meeting in Winston-Salem, NC., please complete this on-line registration form and then click the "submit" button. After your information has been submitted, you will be given a link to the payment page, where you will have the option of paying registration fees online with a credit card or Paypal account. A non-refundable handling fee of $3.00 will be added to your order to cover the fees for this service. For more information about the safety and security of Paypal, please follow this link. When you are finished be sure to print out a copy of your registration form for your records. If you prefer to pay by check or money order, please send a copy of your on-line registration form with your payment to CAMWS, Watson Memorial Library-Rm. 313, Northwestern State University, Natchitoches, LA., 71497. On-line registration will remain open until March 11, 2022. After that date only on-site registration (at higher rates) will be available. 

Please note:  All attendees must be members of CAMWS.  NCCA K-12 members who join in order to attend the 2022 meeting will have their membership extended through the 2022-2023 year.  This link will take you to the Individual Membership Form.

NOTA BENE: NCCA K-12 members who are not reimbursed by their schools for conference registration should contact NCCA Secretary-Treasurer Caroline S. Kelly for reimbursement.

The cost of lunch is being subsidized for NCCA K-12 teachers through a generous gift from The Department of Classics at Wake Forest University.

Step 5 Program Format Option

The Program will be available in pdf format (with hyperlinks to abstracts) at https://camws.org/program2022. You can print this pdf out in advance or download it onto your electronic device. Print copies of the program can be guaranteed only for those individuals who reserve one prior to February 15.

Please note that you are not considered registered until payment is received.
