Here are descriptions of Individual Abstracts, Workshops, Panels, Round-Table Discussions, Undergraduate Papers and Undergraduate Posters which were approved for the 2020 meeting in Birmingham. Please note that not all these presentations will take place during Virtual CAMWS 2020.
Virtual CAMWS will also include ads from publishers and academic institutions, a virtual book exhibit hall (with substantial discount offers from publishers) and a virtual book auction. Publishers planning virtual exhibits include Bloomsbury, Bolchazy-Carducci, Brepols, Brill, Cambridge, Hackett, Macmillan, Michigan Classical Press, Oklahoma, Oxford and the University of Michigan. Note that only CAMWS members registered for the meeting will be able to visit this Virtual Exhibit Hall.

CAMWS invites members to serve as technical assistants to help things run smoothly and to deal with any emergencies at the meeting. Volunteer here: camws.org/node/1791.
All presenters are encouraged to upload their handouts and other presentation materials here: camws.org/2020-meeting-uploads. The password needed for uploading will be provided to presenters via email.These materials are accessible to anyone on the web.

Special Offers for Students:
Any undergraduate member of Eta Sigma Phi who wants to participate in Virtual CAMWS is offered complimentary CAMWS membership for the academic year 19-20 and complimentary registration for the meeting.
Graduate students who are new to CAMWS can join at the new student rate ($30) and receive a complimentary registration for Virtual CAMWS.
Note that these memberships are for the 19-20 academic year and include CJ 116.
